The House

I bought a new bookshelf to add a little more room to the too small desk.  It worked great because it fit my monitor for work and my printer on it.  I probably shouldn’t mention the fact my husband put it together without me and put the bottom shelf upside down.  (I am just happy it wasn’t the top shelf!!)

I re-cleaned the living room for the hundredth time and it is ready for when the new couch arrives on Wednesday.  Now to re-clean the dining room and the kitchen.

I am getting excited about Halloween and I have started buying things to start making new Halloween decorations.  I plan to make a separate blog about them!

I also found a store in Wichita Falls called Dirt Cheap!  Yes it is dirt cheap!!!  They have these bargain shopping baskets for $10.  The last one I bought I filled a huge black trash bag up for my sister, but didn’t get an exact count of it.  It roughly had 20 card board banners, tons of stickers, girl toys, misc decorations, and more.  I put aside around 20 magnetic chore charts that I thought would be great for giving out for Halloween instead of candy!  It also had around 400-500 pick candles for cupcakes and lots of toys I put aside for “stocking stuffers” for my son.  For me it had patches, notepads, place cards and other items.  I can’t help myself and will be sending my husband to get another one tomorrow after he finishes job searching.  (I will make a post and take pictures!)
